Closed-Cell Structure

Our "Closed-Cell" foam traps air within individual, resin-sealed cells. This unique structure achieves an ultra-lightweight profile while preventing water and bacteria from penetrating the material, ensuring superior hygiene and performance.

EVA & Rubber

Through a relentless pursuit of material innovation, we blend diverse synthetic and natural rubbers with EVA and specialized resins. By counteracting the low elasticity of EVA with rubber’s resilience, and offsetting rubber’s weathering vulnerabilities with EVA’s durability, we maximize the strengths of both materials to create the ultimate composite.

Developed in Kobe, our closed-cell foaming technology is widely recognized as "AIR rubber." We have taken this foundation and evolved it into a proprietary high-performance material that defines our brand.
